Also, by including and giving us your credit card information, you authorize us to charge any additional charges due to shipping rate and price changes on products which may change at any time. We will notify you before we charge any extra amount from which you were given. All your payment information is very secure with our authorized.net processing center and it will be stored in our data base which only authorized personel will be able to access this important information.

Nature of Credit Card Fraud Penalties and Investigation:

The laws for credit card fraud penalties, like all other laws in US, vary from state to state and in some cases from city to city. The credit card penalties range from 15 days in prison to a maximum of 20 years in prison, depending upon the scale of the fraud, seriousness of the crime, and other violations committed. The credit card fraud penalties range up to $10,000 in fine.

Due to incidents of fraud, your first credit card order will require authorization forms that we will send by email, which will give us the proof of documentation. Your first three initial orders may not exceed $400.00 which will allow us to confirm the information over a period of time. This pertains to international Customers Only. We will only ship to the correct billing address that must match the purchaser’s credit card.
